Are you ready to rewrite the rules? The first step to taking on the world as a global operator is to sign up to compete in all four challenges at the location you choose from one of our three Kelly Tractor-hosted events.
PRIZES
Operators who win first, second or third place will earn exciting prizes.
Grand Champion selected will advance to regional challenge in Clayton, North Carolina with all expenses paid.
First place: 27 quart Cat Cooler and Die-cast model 320GC. Second place: Soft-Pac RTIC Cooler and $100 gift card. Third Place: Soft-Pac RTIC Cooler and $50 gift card.

2019 OPERATOR CHALLENGE: IN CASE YOU MISSED IT
In 2019, Kelly Tractor sent a winner to compete at the North American Eastern Regional Finals in Clayton, North Carolina. More than 10,000 operators from 30 countries competed in the last Global Operator Operator Challenge. Will you take your place among the winners at this year's challenge?

Q: I want to participate in the Operator Challenge – How do I register?
A: Click on the link above and complete the registration form.
Q: How many Operator Challenges will there be?
A: Kelly Tractor will host three challenges that will take place on Saturday, April 9th in Fort Myers; Saturday, May 21st in Miami; Saturday, June 25 in Fort Pierce. Save the dates!
Q: If I'm a government-employed operator, can I sign up as a competitor?
A: Yes! If you are employed by a governmental agency, local municipalities, etc. you can participate in the local Operator Challenge, but will not advance to the regional competition or qualify for any winner prizes.
Q: What Cat machines will be operated at the event?
A: Contestants will operate five machines: excavator for "The Big Dig"; mini-excavator for "Mini Masters"; dozer for "Precision Tracktor"; wheel loader for "The Load & Go"; and compact track loader for "Stay on Track."
Q: Can I participate in multiple Operator Challenge events?
A: No. You can only compete in the Operator Challenge for which you register, e.g., if you registered to participate in Fort Myers, you can only compete in the Fort Myers Operator Challenge.
